The shipping time for each order varies and is subject to the delivery location, the type of product that you ordered from our website & our logistic partners.
Although we do try our best to provide timely deliveries, there may occur slight delays at times of unforeseen circumstances & factors that are beyond our control such as weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, etc.
Please note that We are not liable for any delays resulting from errors made by the courier company. We will of course assist you, within our capacity, in tracking down and acquiring your package.
As soon as your package is shipped, we will notify you & drop you an email with all the shipping details including the tracking number and/or link.
Once the package reaches its destination, our courier partner will reach out to you and attempt delivering the package a maximum of 3 times, after which your order will get cancelled & will be returned back to us.
Unfortunately, we won’t be able to process any refund in case of 3 failed delivery attempts and/or refusal of the package at your doorstep.
In certain pincodes, Cash On Delivery is not available as a mode of payment. In such cases, you can pay for your order through other available payment options.
Cancellation will only be accepted within 24 hours of placing your order.
Also Please Note that Orders that already have been shipped cannot be cancelled (Even if the cancellation request raised is within 24 hours of placing the order)
Certain Products like “Made To Order” Items cannot be cancelled once ordered cause we start processing such orders as soon as you place them.
