Our Shipping Charges are as follows:

No, the prices displayed on our website are inclusive of all taxes. So there are no hidden costs for which you would need to pay additionally.

Although We do deliver our products all over India, there may be certain pincodes where Our Courier Partners may not support Cash On Delivery option. In such cases, you can choose to pay through our other available payment
options.

If the transaction failed but the payment got debited from your account, it will be credited back to you within 7-10 working days after we get a confirmation from the bank.

Meanwhile, you can retry making the payment ensuring that you fill inaccurate & correct details.

We aim to process your order as quickly as possible. It usually takes anywhere between 10-15 days for delivery. However certain products such as “Made To Order” items and products that are under production may require longer processing time & hence a longer delivery time. In such cases, We will keep you notified through email.

Once your order has been dispatched, We will be sending you an email with all shipping related information along with your Order’s Tracking Number and/or Link.

Yes, but only if it meets the following Cancellation criteria:

• Cancellation will only be accepted within 24 hours of placing your order.
• Also Please Note that Orders that already have been shipped cannot be cancelled (Even if the cancellation request raised is within 24 hours of placing the order)
• Certain Products like “Made To Order” Items cannot be cancelled once ordered cause we start processing such orders as soon as you place them.

We partner with reputed courier companies to ensure safe handling & delivery of your order. However, if the products delivered to you are broken or damaged in any way, then we do have the facility for you to return the product, which we will be happy to replace with either the same item or a different item of exactly the same value.

Products delivered cannot be exchanged under any circumstances.

We do provide a Return/Replacement option only if the delivered items are broken or damaged in any way.

All our orders go through a thorough inspection & quality check before being packed for shipping.

Also, kindly understand that all our products are individually handcrafted by skilled artisans. Hence no two items are exactly the same and may carry minute variations in color, shape, size etc.

These slight irregularities, which are characteristic of handmade products are not regarded as defects and are not eligible for Exchange/Return/Replacement.

Unfortunately, at the moment, there’s no way to change the shipping address once you have placed the order. However, if you absolutely must need to change your shipping address, then reach out to us at info@theartisanemporium.com. We will try our best to accommodate your request given that your order has not been shipped.
