No, the prices displayed on our website are inclusive of all taxes. So there are no hidden costs for which you would need to pay additionally.
Although We do deliver our products all over India, there may be certain pincodes where Our Courier Partners may not support Cash On Delivery option. In such cases, you can choose to pay through our other available payment
If the transaction failed but the payment got debited from your account, it will be credited back to you within 7-10 working days after we get a confirmation from the bank.
Meanwhile, you can retry making the payment ensuring that you fill inaccurate & correct details.
We aim to process your order as quickly as possible. It usually takes anywhere between 10-15 days for delivery. However certain products such as “Made To Order” items and products that are under production may require longer processing time & hence a longer delivery time. In such cases, We will keep you notified through email.

We partner with reputed courier companies to ensure safe handling & delivery of your order. However, if the products delivered to you are broken or damaged in any way, then we do have the facility for you to return the product, which we will be happy to replace with either the same item or a different item of exactly the same value.

We do provide a Return/Replacement option only if the delivered items are broken or damaged in any way.

Also, kindly understand that all our products are individually handcrafted by skilled artisans. Hence no two items are exactly the same and may carry minute variations in color, shape, size etc.
These slight irregularities, which are characteristic of handmade products are not regarded as defects and are not eligible for Exchange/Return/Replacement.
Unfortunately, at the moment, there’s no way to change the shipping address once you have placed the order.
